Good day!

Pursuant to Section 4(6) of Presidential Decree (PD) No. 1445, the Government Auditing Code of the Philippines provides that claims against government funds shall be approved with complete documentation, and Items 1.1.1 and 4.1.2 of COA Circular No. 2012-001 dated June 14, 2012, provided the necessary documentary requirements that must be complied with as support for the payment of salaries and wages, i.e., Daily Time Record (DTR) approved by the supervisor.

Based on the record of the Payroll and Leave Benefits Office, you failed to submit your DTR for the month of {{ $month }}.
Also, please be reminded that the Office of the President issued OP Memorandum Circular No. 28 s. 2020 with the subject “Deadline in the Submission of Daily Time Record to the Personnel Records and Performance Evaluation Office (PRPEO) and Deletion from the Payroll for Those Who Failed to Submit Within the Deadline”. The PLBO is already implementing the existing policy of deleting from the payroll the names of those employees who failed to submit their previous month’s DTR every 5th day of the current month. A special payroll for his/her salary will be processed only after proper compliance and presentation of an Official Receipt for paying the fine of P100.00 for failing to submit a DTR on time as prescribed in BOR Resolution No. 42 s. 2007.
For more concerns on DTR and payroll, you may contact the PLBO in charge through Office VOIP phone no. 1080.
For your information and strict compliance.
